- After the massage there is still a process of detoxification and it is advisable to let the oil work and wash it with natural soap after about 1-2 hours. come in a comfortable cotton outfit that doesn’t mind oil residue.
- I recommend to relax after massage. Avoid physical and mental exertion and stressful environment. Ideally, don’t go back to work.
- It is advisable to increase the intake of fluids (water, herbal tea) to support cleansing of the body.
